Revitalizing SSCML’s Brand Identity and Communication Strategy
Serviços Sociais da Câmara Municipal de Lisboa (SSCML) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of its members through a variety of medical and social services. Established to support employees of the Lisbon City Council, SSCML offers extensive medical services, including over 50 specialties, occupational health, and complementary diagnostic exams.
SSCML tasked us with reinterpreting their logo and crafting a dynamic brand ecosystem to clearly distinguish their diverse services. We strategically separated health services from social services, addressing their unique communication needs. To embody the organization’s humane and social ethos, we designed a new color palette.
This was complemented by a suite of communication materials tailored for both internal and external audiences.
Our re-styling effort not only enhanced clarity but also reinforced SSCML’s commitment to improving member well-being and community support.
